B2B Solutions Account Manager

EDI, Data Integration, SaaS – St. Paul/Minneapolis

Do you have experience selling solutions to manufacturers, retailers and distributors who are required to exchange EDI throughout their supply chain? Are you ready for a challenge and available to travel up to 25%. The TIE Kinetix, US Sales team is currently seeking a candidate who has experience selling to new and existing accounts. The more experience you have, the better. Experience selling EDI or SaaS are a big plus. Position Summary:  
TIE is continuing to expand, and we are currently seeking a B2B Account Manager to work with our North American sales team. Essential Job Functions:
- Driving new business through Solution Selling into established and new accounts
- Account Manager will be fully accountable for overall customer revenue, retention and customer satisfaction within designated territory.
- Must possess the ability to develop and implement territory plans which will exceed revenue goals.
- Prospect and build pipeline of prospects within the target market of manufacturers, retailers and distributors
- Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with Professional Service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customers
- Negotiate contracts, comfortable dealing with technical and contractual issues
- Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication to management
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that expectations are being established, communicated, and met
- Meet and exceed individual annual quotas for contracts/revenue

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven success in handling large transactions, and projects over lengthy discovery, evaluation and implementation periods in a fast-paced and competitive market
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience selling technology or software products or services- Experience with retail or manufacturing companies
- Previous EDI sales experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communications skills

Education:  BA, BS (or equivalent work experience) required
